Richard Brownstein, CFP®

As an entrepreneurial executive with 2 successful exits and a background in Music, Electrical Engineering, and wealth management. Richard is a recognized leader and strategic planner.  He was the CEO of the early access team that introduced the Oracle Blockchain Platform at Open World 2017 presenting two working proof of concepts at the inaugural event. 

Early in his career, after being awarded Gold and Platinum albums as a recording engineer, Richard transitioned to a financial career and then to technology.  He was a team leader winning the MIT Fintech Future Commerce award and instrumental in the creation of many blockchain projects.  He is passionate about driving blockchain tokenization initiatives.

Jeff Amorosana

Jeff Amorosana is an experienced leader, strategist and operator with a proven ability to build organizations, manage complex business initiatives, articulate go-to-market tactics, forge inventive partnerships, and present compelling business propositions to partners, vendors and investors alike. He has extensive management experience as a senior executive in both  traditional and digital Media/Entertainment, as well as IP/Telecom/Energy infrastructure. His passion is implementing DISRUPTIVE technologies in high-velocity/entrepreneurial environments.  Jeff focuses on emerging/cutting-edge technology initiatives at client companies, ranging from new company formation, funding and strategic planning to discrete tactical engagements around acquisitions and/or partnerships related to growth and value generation.

Robert van Mölken
Platform Technology Lead

Robert is an enterprise Blockchain, IoT, and API technical architect, developer, and author.  As a 14 year professional, he has designed and developed applications and integration solutions both on-premises and cloud.  

In 2017 he published the definitive book on how to design and develop on the Oracle Blockchain Platform which explored the technology behind blockchain, the implications, real-world use-cases, and how to implement a permissioned blockchain.  His previous book “Implementing the Oracle Integration Cloud” is a deep dive into Oracle cloud for architects and developers.

Mark Rakhmilevich

Mark Rakhmilevich has worked with enterprises on distributed systems and transaction processing in banks, payments, telcos, insurance, and government for over 20 years and on blockchain for the last four. As a Senior Director of Blockchain Product Management, he is responsible for Oracle Blockchain Platform and works to address the needs of enterprise customers and SI & ISV partners with scalable, secure, and managed blockchain platform solutions for the deployment of enterprise-oriented blockchain networks. He helps guide customers and partners around the world in applying blockchain technology to a broad range of business challenges, supporting discovery and sharing best practices, deployment models, and integration architecture to facilitate rapid experimentation and production-ready results. He delivers customer workshops and seminars, writes on blockchain topics, frequently speaks at industry conferences on enterprise blockchain, and hosts Hyperledger Silicon Valley meetups.

Guido Molinari

Guido Molinari is a multi-industry business leader and entrepreneur who has co-founded ventures in the blockchain, consumer goods and retail space. He leads the firm's relationships with academic institutions, corporates, investment funds, and government entities, which includes work with Columbia Business School, UC Berkeley, IBM, Microsoft, Pantera Capital, Polychain Capital, DARPA, and the World Economic Forum. He is a member of the Economic Advisory Council at the Algorand Foundation. He is a former investment banker at Merrill Lynch and has been a visiting lecturer in entrepreneurship at Columbia Business School and the London School of Economics, and an Imperial College Master in Innovation business coach. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Guido holds a BA in International Economics & Management from Bocconi University, a Graduate Diploma in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a joint MSc in International Management from HEC Paris and the London School of Economics. Most recently, he completed the Executive Education program at MIT Sloan in “Blockchain Technologies, Business Innovation and Applications”.

Dev Bhattacharyya

A CTO with 38 years of experience at fortune 50 financial, Insurance, and Medical institutions as an enterprise architect. He has designed and coded solutions for and has led software development teams at IBM, Cognizant, Borland, and Pegasystems, designing and implementing data management solutions with embedded technologies and analytics. He is a Technology Partner with AWS and titled a Most Valuable Global Professional with Alibaba Cloud.

Recent projects include: formulating an unstructured to structured analytics solution for World Bank, DC, creating an open-source mortgage/loan origination system around MISMO standards, creating the Saratoga Cloud Coverage group of products for logs management and architecting and implementation of a large-scale day trading solution for a Swiss bank with an IBM mainframe running Z-Linux, w/Linux servers, Hadoop, Zoo-Keeper and AI to establish a data pipeline and run analysis on trade data.

Serge Leontiev

With over 25 years of extensive hands-on IT experience, Serge is the Chief Product Officer (CPO). He engages in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, sales, and marketing to build strategic and tactical GTM plans in order to fine-tune messaging, position new capabilities, and optimize GTM strategies and execution.

As a member of the Oracle Cloud product management team, he supported Oracle Cloud pre-sales activities in the public sector and advised teams and customers in developing strategies and solutions around emerging technologies — hybrid clouds, cloud-native appdev, blockchain, mobility, chatbots, and IoT.

As an IT consultant, he was the lead and architect for various government agencies (U.S. Army, NIH, NCI, Census). His passion revolves around cloud-native application development, Blockchain, IoT, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies. He has developed solutions with various databases and Java technologies since starting his IT career.
